Manufacturer Warranties

Review Hale's written pet-door warranty and Pella's written warranties before purchase. Hale coverage is for the pet door, not automatically the glass, frame, or complete sliding door. Coverage depends on the applicable product, purchase date, eligibility, and exclusions. Contact us before purchase to confirm coverage for this modified door system; no blanket promise of Pella coverage is made here. Hale's terms exclude labor, shipping, and parts not covered by the written warranty. Dog Door Guy Inc. does not offer a separate written workmanship warranty. Non-waivable legal rights are preserved. See our Manufacturer Warranties page for assistance.
